Atty. Pamela Schwartz joined her father’s practice in 1983 and continued to run the office following her father’s retirement. She enjoys hands-on work with families and businesses and has limited her practice to those areas that best utilize those skills.
CREDENTIALS
Atty. Schwartz graduated from Phillips Academy, Andover, MA, received her BA in Psychology from Wesleyan University and obtained her J.D. from the University of Connecticut in 1983. She was admitted to practice law in Massachusetts and in the Federal Courts in 1983.
Atty. Schwartz is a member of the Massachusetts Bar Association, the Lawrence Bar Association and the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys (NAELA).
INTERESTS AND COMMUNITY SERVICE
Atty. Schwartz has served on the boards of directors of many community organizations including the Greater Lawrence Human Rights Commission, the Main Street Project for Lawrence merchants, Temple Beth Abraham, The Greater Merrimack Valley Chorale, and Actorsingers. She has chaired the continuing education and the Annual Law Day committees for the Lawrence Bar Association. She has taught paralegal studies at Rivier College and at the New Hampshire Community College, and served on Merrimack College’s steering committee for paralegal studies. Her hobbies include acting, cross-country skiing and kayaking.

Atty. Schwartz appeared as a guest on BNN’s Legal Line program on special needs trusts for the disabled.

Atty. Schwartz has published legal articles in The Journal of Psychiatry and Law and in ParenTimes.
